I am committed to supporting individuals on their path to emotional wellness. Through empathetic guidance, I provide a confidential space for self-reflection and personal growth. Together, we navigate life’s complexities, fostering resilience and empowering you to overcome challenges.
I have experience from over 10 years of clinical work and 4 years of predominantly clinically supervising social workers, therapists and mental health counsellors. I prioritize finding your own unique voice and approach while also providing strong theoretical guidance, concrete feedback and strategies to further develop your practice and support your clients growth.
I guide transformative journeys through creative expression, fostering emotional well-being and self-discovery. Utilizing art as a powerful healing medium, we navigate life’s challenges, tapping into its therapeutic potential to cultivate resilience and promote holistic well-being.

A first session with me is an opportunity to get to know each other and the expectations of treatment. We will discuss relevant history and the reason for seeking treatment. I will review my approach and we will set goals for ongoing work together.
I approach goal setting collaboratively. Goals are generated through clinical interview and assessment with a focus on reducing suffering.
My communication style is warm, with an emphasis on reducing shame and creating an environment for honest reflection. I communicate clearly and while a I bring knowledge and understanding, I prioritize the client’s expertise on their own experience.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and guided by client centered, humanistic principles. I believe everyone has a innate drive towards wellness and I partner with clients in their goals, using a psycho-dynamic, trauma informed perspective. I can also employ art therapy interventions and techniques if the client is drawn to that approach.
Sessions are 55 minutes cost $150
